  I lived near Stuttgart many years ago and loved the food. I loved this food more. The schnitzel with mushroom sauce is addictive and the large portions allowed me to take some home and enjoy it the next day. Beethoven's 9 is not like the touristy beer halls of Munich. It's like the restaurants were the locals eat, with much better service. Brought back some nice memories of Germany.

  Not what it used to be. My parents have come here for over 10 years but the original owners sold it. Although they sold the recipes, it's just not the same. They also have moved a block to a new place This last visit. They scrimped on the gravy. My son asked for vegetable of day with his wiener snitzel and fries. They didn't tell him the vegetable of the day was sweet potato fries. I don't think we will be back.

  Holy cow, the food is incredible. I've only been there twice but cannot wait to keep going back. I never saw the old location, but the new one is very spacious. Although the food is the most important thing, I imagine if the the decor caught up to the quality of the food that this place would become a true destination. Keep up the good work. I can't wait to return and work through the entire menu.

  Fantastic place for authentic German food like bierox, rum balls, spätzle, and German potato salad. Giant desserts and free rolls with cinnamon butter are great!
