  Just left there, back to the same bad service, rude management, slower, then slow staff, as always, double check your oder, it's never right, don't stop, go to olathe, or Ottawa, their alot better!!! Paola seemed to get it together for a month, thought it had changed, food was good, orders fast, and correct, staff was actually friendly, and polite, well, guess things don't stay changed!! Won't be back!!

  You know I have been there many times and you would think I would remember not to go back. Poor and slow service. It is unusual if they get the order right. Sometimes they are even out of chicken at dinner hour. Today was the worst. I ate with a few of my son's and my nacho chips tasted old and were soft and greasy. I had order no beans extra meat and extra sour cream. No beans but no extra i paid for either. Then I ordered chicken for my husband and other son to take home. Waited over 40 minutes and they were NOT out of chicken or waiting for some to cook. KFC TACO BELL IS OWNED BY PEPSICO and they were out of PEPSI. Staff had gone to the store and bought 2 liters and put them on the counter. Staff is unorganized and lacking management. Restaurant is dated, in poor repair and not clean. Note to self. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

  Usually pretty slow service, often get the order wrong, but the chicken is still good.

  It's poor. Lacking management. A burrito through drive thru is okay...wouldn't eat inside. Often orders are wrong.
